post-holiday post.

it's been quite an eventful holiday I'd say.
lots of things happening.

Mon: endoscopies (sorry cheung for going back to the hosp!), chill
Tues: Gastro outpatient clinic (sorry again!), watch movie at cinema
Wed: ED shift (a thousand apologies!!!), play online games
Thurs: sleep in, stayover at Shing's
Fri: help out at The Civic, prayer meeting, cell group social
Sat: Charity Masquerade Ball
Sun: morning+night lights at church, afternoon performance at rest home

unfortunately, didn't plan time to do work.
uh oh.

Path research proposal due Wed and I haven't started.
failed 1 question from Path exam so needs to be redone.
2 cases due by end of run in 2 weeks' time.
red book from long ago not filled in yet.
may have outpatients with consultant tmr and am unprepared.
may have to read up for surgery "interrogation" on Wed.
lights for Generation on Fri.

uh oh.



but on the bright side, this was a good break.
relaxed to go back to the hospital to do things in my own time.
just chilling from the busy-ness of medical school life.


and I feel like I've suddenly learnt a lot spiritually over the last few days.
I feel like I've just had a growth spurt. =)

and I feel like it's my time coming soon.

long way to go to where I want to be, but I'll get there. I will.



as for finding the person who'll bring out the best in me, that dream shall be put on hold for now. the dream has been given and it will come to pass, but now I want to have His dreams, I want to live His dreams. and I pray that He'll equip me for the work He has for me.
