impressions.

forgive me for my previous post, just needed somewhere to regurgitate my frustrations.

anyway, it hasn't been THAT bad. post-post-acutes was manageable today. still left with a long-ish list of patients but between the team, it's okay. I like my team. =)

and I suppose I haven't gone unnoticed either.

there's some note of efficiency...

still have to work on the effectiveness part though. takes me FOREVER to complete a discharge summary. and clerking patients (which I will deal with later on).

let's hope I can somehow maintain that impression.

and you know you've spent too much time at work when you start having nightmares about people on your team. =S
