waiting game.

unfortunately, even though I made up my mind and decided to take the first step last night, it seems like they're doing things differently this year.

I've been advised by the DHB (District Health Board) to apply through the ACE matching system.

even though the likelihood of getting second-match is SUPER SLIM.

oh well. this means that it's back to the same track that I was already on before this. back to the same checklist to mark off, back to the same datelines.

back to no guarantee of a job.
