Med Sch!!!

yup, I've officially started classes as a 2nd yr Med student...it feels ok I guess. almost fell asleep during the lectures this morning...didn't have much of a sleep last night cos I was up talking to my flatmate who isn't really my flatmate. haha...he just stayed for the past 3 days, and he's moving out into his room in the hall today. hmm...I realised that there are more Singaporeans coming over to Otago recently. it's good I guess...=)

yah...you guys want me to go online right...I don't have an Internet connection at home, in fact I don't even have a phoneline! still waiting for my other flatmate to arrive, prob on Wed, to sort out the phone connection. oh...I've got another S'porean flatmate arriving this evening! now it's 3 out of 5...anyway, back to what I was saying, it's kinda hard for me to go online so that when I'm online then you guys will be online too. and honestly I'm quite lazy to email often too. oops. will try to change the habit. will be kinda busy though, what with classes starting and all. need to settle into routine first...

yesterday was great. the sky was clear, blue, and it was sunny! I went to play soccer with the homegroup pple, it was fun. haha...I guess I'm more of a tomboy than quite a few of the other girls, cos I was the only girl playing with 13 guys. haha...felt kinda awkward at first but oh well, it's just a game afterall. it felt different playing with the girls after that though! haha...and I've got a tan again, this time an uneven one. whee~

Sat was great too. went to Unipol with the intention of working out in the morning and then after that going off home to do my laundry...but ended up spending the whole afternoon there, around 7 hours including the time out to have my lunch and do some supermarket shopping. played competitive basketball (not really) and badminton...enjoyed myself thoroughly. so yeah, in all it has been a great weekend! too bad I didn't have a chance to call home...

man I'm aching all over. it's my lunch break now...and I better go off to do my grocery shopping. or else I won't have anything to eat. haha...
