=) my 100th post!

yes, and to mark this special occasion (since I didn't blog yesterday either) I shall post up some pictures that I have in my flash drive with me now...

Valentine's Day at my flat...=)
Happy Valentine's Day!
it was quite a good evening...Josh, Ben and Chewy cooked dinner for all of us. hehe...these guys are really nice! didn't get any presents or anything on that day itself, wasn't expecting any in the first place but yah. different from last year when I was still back in S'pore...hmm...

my flat from the outside (my room's the top right hand one)
my wonderful flat 2006...
hmm...I was kind of 'complaining' in my post on that day...think I just wasn't feeling too good just then. the night was great though, and things are getting better. flatting is different but if I want it to be fun, it can be fun. it's my choice...and I choose it in a positive way...

2nd Year Med students...
Chwee, Mei Ting, Jess, Jen, me! =)
don't we look good? haha...it was taken during the first day of Orientation exactly a week ago. the future looks bright for all of us, and even though we're going to have to work quite hard this year, we can do it! no more competition, it's just a matter of making it. jia you!!!

view from my window.
nice sky aye...
yup. that's what I see out of my window. overlooks part of Dunedin City, but yeah...nothing much. it's just that I get the afternoon sun (if there's any), and becos it's still summer, the sun sets quite late. it warms up my room basically, quite good cos then I don't need to use the heater as of yet. hehe...

homegroup girls' soccer team 2006!
hey, girls can play soccer too you know! =P
sunny day on Sunday after church. went out for a game of soccer, not all the girls in the photo played though...but don't we just look great? hehe...=)

yeah...I guess that's all the nice photos that I have for now. just a short update on my life. hmm...today lectures are as usual, realised that being a doctor is not such an easy task, nor is it glamourous, thus medical doctors really deserve the respect we give them. hmm...I do want to be someone whom pple respect next time, so I am determined to work my way towards gaining what it is that I want...I know I can do it.

ok. it's time I headed back to my flat. oh yes, did you know I cooked my first meal yesterday! haha...with the help of Cook Kevin, I whipped up a 4 course meal for 6 pple. it was alright, but my fingers still smell of garlic. wahaha...=P fun, but I can't really multi-task while cooking. hehe...looking forward to the year ahead with more experience with cooking!
