seems to be a yearly theme huh? the dreams, before reality smacks me in the face and I stop daydreaming about the soulmate I don't see. it'd be nice if I could see into the future, whether I'll end up with someone and who that'll be. interesting to speculate...

the other day I was reading what Taylor Swift wrote in the CD cover of her album, Fearless. and there was this one line which struck me, that it's ok to fall for your best friend - that's fearless. made me think...

anyway, PUBLIC HEALTH IS OVER! glad for that. the test went well, they sorta repeated both questions from past years. didn't go to school yesterday, spent all day studying/cramming at home (although I got distracted by a certain online penguin game and napping), which was not a good thing but thank God it was enough. ended up last night decided ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH and started on my Ethics essay. at that point in time I felt that I'd rather do ethics than public health...

today was cold, wet and windy once again. this time around I had those waterproof pants, however my jacket isn't waterproof. lol. the cycle to school was still ok, was relatively dry when I sat for my test. the trip back was horrendous though. cycling against the wind, and the rain seemed heavier. was slightly wetter and broke out in a rash due to dry skin/cold (UGH!!!) by the time I got home. so took a warm shower and resisted scratching. =S

spent the afternoon writing up my Ethics essay. finally completed it at 4.50pm and sent it via email before it was due at 5pm. 1757 words, and I think I should have done this essay earlier rather than rush through it on the last day. hopefully I'll pass though. chose to do a question that wasn't the usual ethics question that I'll do, on ethical and professional issues when going on a medical elective to a developing country. yup.

watched NZNTM, played Bejeweled for an hour, then watched the season finale of Project Runway. I'm not that keen a TV-watcher but yeah, nothing better to do. I actually should be starting to revise for my final exams, it's almost June already. but......better not let this become last min as well. realised that this year I've been playing more than last year. oops.

it's the weekend. good to have a break even though I keep having "breaks"...
